DAILY CLASS SPONSOR $25. Your name will be
announced during class.
Stalls
Rental is $25.00 per day, $40.00
per weekend to be paid 5 days prior to show to guarantee availability or on a first come basis.

P.M FRIDAY.
$10 Yearly Stall Reservation Fee per stall,
will hold your stall location for the 2009 season. Rental
deadlines and fees still apply per weekend.
High Point Awards
1.
Exhibitors must be a paid 2009 Lakes States member in good standing to
qualify for Year End Awards.
2. Year End Award Points will not accrue
until current year's membership is paid.
3. Year End Award Points are tallied and
redeemed for Items in 2009 Year End Award Catalog.
4. Weekend high Point Awards are based on One
Horse / One Rider Combination.
5. Weekend High Point Awards will be given in
the following categories. Leadline, Novice Rider All Ages, Walk/Trot 12 &
Under, 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-39 and 40 & Over.
6. High Point Nomination fee must be paid
prior to earning points for non members.

General Rules
1. LSHA Horse Shows are open for all to attend.
2. Rider's age is determined as of January 1st,
2009.
3. Decision of the Judge and/or show committee
are FINAL.
4. The show committee reserves the right to
cancel, split, or combine any classes.
5. LSHA reserves the right to interpret all rules
as well as the right to resolve any issues or questions which are not
covered specifically by these
rules. LSHA rules take precedent, followed by Michigan 4-H rules,
and finally NSBA Rules.
6. Entries close three classes prior to the class
being entered. Classes 1 & 2 close 10 minutes prior to the start
of the show.
7. Leadline riders are not eligible for any other
class. Entry is $3 no additional office fees.
8. Walk/Trot Riders are not eligible to show in
any 3-gaited classes. If rider chooses to exhibit in a 3-gaited
class in any competition, past or present, that rider is no longer eligible
to ride in LSHA Walk/Trot classes and earned points will be forfeited.
This rule does not pertain to class #15,#36 Open Walk Trot Sweepstakes,
and classes #34 & #35 Green Horse.
9. Novice Rider Classes are open to anyone in
their first THREE years of competing in any 3 gaited event. If
competing in Novice Classes as well as another division, you are eligible
to earn points toward the Novice division ONLY. Novice riders may
not show in Sweepstakes, Junior Horse, Bareback, or Walk'/Trot
classes. If it is found to be true that a novice exhibitor is not
within their first three years of competing in a 3 gaited event, they
shall no longer be eligible to compete in the Novice division and earned
points will be forfeited.
10. Trail: Each Rider\Horse combination may
only enter Trail once for the Judge's scoring. Any
exhibitor or horse on the trail course before the judge's scoring will be
considered schooling and horse\rider shall forfeit any\all placing for
Trail for the day. Coaching of trail exhibitors is prohibited and
will result in disqualification.
11. Stallions: Are allowed, but mush be
handled at ALL times by an adult over the age of 20 and never by a Youth
or Novice.
12. All dogs must be kept on a leash with an
adult handler at all times or kept in a stall, kennel, or at your
trailer. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine.
13. The primary responsibility for the safety of
all exhibitors rests with the exhibitor and his\her parent or appointed
guardian.
14. All other children in attendance should be
supervised by a parent or appointed guardian at all times.
15. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the
Lenawee County Fairgrounds.
16. Unruly animals will be asked to be taken off
the premises for the safety of others.
17. LSHA Show Bill and Rules are subject to
charge without notice.
18. Classes
#24, #25, #33, #37, #46 & #47 are payback classes. 70% paid back
1st-40%, 2nd-20%, 3rd-10%.
